Clinton COVID-19 Cases at 11; Centre County Holds at 73; Lyco up One to 37
HARRISBURG β The Pennsylvania Department of Health, in its Sunday update, confirmed as of 12:00 a.m., April 19, that there are additional 1,215 positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 32,284. The department also reported 276 new deaths among positive cases, bringing the statewide total to 1,112. State Health Secretary Rachael Levine said the 276 deaths had not all occurred over the past 24 hours, but also included those who passed away previously Clinton County cases stayed at 11; Lycoming moved up one to 37; and Centre County stayed at 73. Other counties adjoining Clinton: Clearfield, 11 (up two); Cameron, 1; Potter, 4; and Union, 27.
The state Health Department daily reports now list the number of residents tested by county. Clinton County, with a population of 38,632, has had 114 of its residents tested.
There are 126,570 people who have tested negative statewide to date.
