BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – Boise “Bo” Miller has been reelected president of the Keystone Central School Board. The board held its annual reorganizational meeting Thursday night and Miller was the unanimous choice for a second one-year term as president. Roger Elling was a unanimous choice to return as board vice-president.

The meeting saw the swearing-in of two new board members elected last month. Jeff Johnston, a former district administrator and board member, returns to the board, this time as representative from Region IV while Randy Strouse is the new representative from Region VI. They replace Debbie Smith and Charlie Rosamilia, respectively.

Four other sitting board members were also reelected in November and return to their seats: Wayne Koch in Region I, Polly Donahay in Region III, board president Miller in Region VIII and Elisabeth Lynch in Region II. All won four-year terms with the exception of Lynch, a two-year term.

Other board members in attendance were Elling, Tracy Smith and Eric Probert who chaired the meeting for the election of board officers.

The newly impaneled board approved a meeting schedule for 2020 and filled various district liaison positions, including Johnston as the representative on the Central Intermediate Board of Directors.
