Lock Haven’s Dollar General to Reopen Wednesday

LOCK HAVEN – The Dollar General store at 16 E. Main St. in Lock Haven will be reopening Wednesday, Aug. 21 according to a notice posted on front of the store.

The downtown business closed several weeks ago without advance notice, a message on the door stating it was temporarily closed and apologizing for the inconvenience.

An environmental clean-up team was inside the building on at least two occasions during the closure. A worker with AIT Environmental Technology said his firm was removing mold from inside. The Ohio-based firm was first observed on site earlier in the month.
