LCC Learns About Economic Development

McELHATTAN – Participants of Leadership Clinton County recently had the opportunity to learn about the process of economic development by meeting with those who play a huge part in that process. Representatives from the Clinton County Economic Partnership, Lock Haven Small Business Development Center, SEDA-COG and PPL Electric Utilities gave an in-depth description of their involvement in economic development. Participants learned the importance of transportation, utilities, infrastructure, quality of life, and more. Participants also spoke to Bob Boob and Dave Winkleman from 1st Choice Realty on Clinton County’s real estate market now and what it might hold for the future.

First Quality Tissue hosted the afternoon session which provided an opportunity to learn more about the First Quality family and their sister companies.
