Wildcat Golfers Sweep St. Joe’s and BEA
PORT MATILDA – The Central Mountain golf team opened up their 2018 campaign with a pair of non-conference wins over St. Joseph’s Academy and Bald Eagle Area at the Skytop Mountain Golf Club.
The Wildcats finished the course with a combined score of 351 and the Wolves came in a close second at 379 while the Bald Eagles finished with 446.
Brady Williams led the ‘Cats with 81; followed by Jason Floruss, 85; Zach Somers, 86; Logan Fisher, 99; Chase Confer, 99 and Gunner Redmond, 107.
Central Mountain will next see action on Thursday, Aug. 30, 2018 for a match with Benton Area, Montgomery Area and the Sugar Valley Rural Charter at the Mill Race Golf & Camping Resort in Benton.
