LOCK HAVEN — Odd Fellas, the city’s new downtown restaurant featuring crafted burgers, held its ribbon-cutting today and celebrated a positive community response to its first two weeks in business.

The Downtown Lock Haven organization and the Clinton County Tourist Promotion Agency staged the ribbon-cutting attended by the Odd Fellas staff and local governmental and business officials. Hours are from 11 a.m.to 8 p.m. Monday – Saturday, closed on Sundays.
