LOCK HAVEN – Saturday morning was the time to observe the annual tradition of the Halloween Parade in Downtown Lock Haven where hundreds of merrymakers turned out in costume to celebrate the autumn holiday.
Those who marched in the parade and rode on the floats made sure everyone had a sweet treat for their efforts as they tossed candy to the viewers along the route.
Prizes were presented for the top entrants and a pleasant day with mild, mostly sunny weather was on hand for the event.
