YMCA Pool: Painting Done, Drying Begins

LOCK HAVEN — Employees from the Lock Haven Area YMCA today put the finishing touches on a new paint job for the Dan Piper Memorial Pool. Y property manager Jesse Francis said the pool now has to dry for five days before it can be refilled, making towards the end of next week the likely reopening. The work has been carried out by YMCA aquatics director Mandy Wadsworth, property manager Francis and assistants Toran Killeen and Hunter Bardo, along with a hand from Glenn Valerio who was providing some painting as part of his just completed senior project at Central Mountain High School.
