Lock Haven Police Department News Release May 15, 2024
Incidents:
Theft of a package – On May 14, 2024, a package was stolen from a residence in the 10 block of Williamson Heights.
Offenses Charged:
Andre Robinson, 39, Lock Haven, was arrested for the Sale or Transfer of Firearms and False Statements. On March 14, 2023, at 5:19 p.m., Robinson attempted to purchase a firearm from Goodman Arms despite being unable to do so. While filling out the background check form for the purchase of the firearm, he made a false statement, implying that he was legally able to purchase the firearm.
Brett Dimassimo, 53, Linden, was arrested for the Sale or Transfer of Firearms and False Statements. On June 6, 2023, at 10:23 a.m., Dimassimo attempted to have a firearm transferred to him at Goodman Arms despite being unable to do so. While filling out the background check form for the purchase of the firearm, he made a false statement, implying that he was legally able to purchase the firearm.
Galon Glossner, 44, Lock Haven, was arrested for Theft. On April 4, 2024, at approximately 7:30 a.m., Glossner took a package that had been delivered to his residence by mistake and then gave away the items inside. The total value of the items was $47.46.
Brian Lucas, 32, Lock Haven, was arrested for DUI and other related offenses. On April 5, 2024, at 12:03 p.m., Lucas was involved in a crash after running a stop sign at Peach Street and S. Jones Street and then proceeding to drive through a yard in the area. When officers arrived on the scene, Lucas was found to be intoxicated.
Galon Glossner, 44, Lock Haven, was cited for Theft of Services. On April 11, 2024, at approximately 5:50 p.m., Glossner failed to pay for food and drinks for a total of $30.20 at the Broken Axe Brew House, 1 E. Bald Eagle Street.
Christopher Schenck, 28, Lock Haven, and Malik White, 27, Monroe, were arrested for Theft. On May 3, 2024, at 2:57 a.m., Schenck and White stole a cell phone valued at $999.00 from the Haven Wash Station, 377 E. Main Street.
Jonathon Long, 42, Lock Haven, was arrested for a PFA violation. On May 6, 2024, at approximately 9:52 p.m., Long sent messages to the protected party of a Protection from Abuse Order.

Renovo Police Department News Release
Hit and Run Crash
Renovo Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that occurred in the area of Red Row Road and Main Street in the village of North Bend, Chapman Twp. A vehicle struck a sign, which then damaged a fence. This is believed to have occurred on May 7, 2024, between 2:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Anyone with information about the person or the vehicle responsible is asked to please contact the Renovo Police Department at 570-923-2102, call our dispatch center at 570-923-2268, or submit a tip on the CrimeWatch website.
