Mill Hall Borough Police Department News Release: 

CASTANEA— Charges of Summary Harassment and Disorderly Conduct will be filed against Kenneth Richard Caris Jr., stemming from an incident that occurred at 425 Nittany Road in Castanea. Caris grabbed and shoved a victim in an attempt to start a physical fight when he allegedly didn’t get his way upon arriving at the property. Citations will be filed through District Court 25-03-1.

MILL HALL— An 11-year-old student from Central Mountain Middle School is set to appear before the Clinton County Juvenile Court on charges of Simple Assault. This follows an incident that occurred on November 22, 2024, in which the student pulled the hair of a school staff member during an altercation at the school.
