Pine Creek Valley Wellness Center Adds New Hub for Personal and Academic Success: B Connecting LLC to Host Open House Sept. 28

AVIS—The Pine Creek Valley Wellness Center in Avis welcomed a new practitioner who offers personalized consulting services to improve connection, communication, and comprehension for individuals, families, and educators. Bailey Shawley, M. Ed., provides a valuable resource to community members by providing comprehensive consulting services that foster personal and academic growth.
B Connecting, LLC is located inside Pine Creek Valley Wellness Center at 302 W. Central Avenue in Avis, where Shawley offers specialized support in various areas including managing emotions, navigating challenging behaviors, communicating effectively, improving self-esteem, and more.
To introduce the community to her services, Shawley is hosting an Open House on Saturday, September 28, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event presents an opportunity for potential clients to explore the new office space, learn about Shawley’s diverse range of consulting services, and partake in some unique offerings. During the Open House, Shawley will be offering mini Reiki healing and chakra reading sessions for $5 each.
B Connecting, LLC offers various consulting services designed to support parents, guardians, caregivers, children, adolescents, and educators by helping them set and achieve their personal and professional goals. The consulting services are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and address challenges in various domains, including behavioral, social, emotional, academic, communication, and self-esteem.
Among the services offered are:
– Individual Consultations: These are personalized sessions for parents, guardians, caregivers, children, and adolescents, focusing on goal-setting and personal/professional development.
– Parenting/Family Consultations: Identify challenges (behavioral, social, emotional, academic, communication, self-esteem, etc.), set goals, and work toward them as a team with education, strategies, and support.
– Educational Consultations for Educators: Set and work toward your personal and/or professional goals.
Shawley provides in-person and online hour-long consultations for individuals ages five and up. To ensure the right fit, she offers the first consultation free of charge. All sessions are strictly confidential and can be conducted in person or online.
Bailey Shawley, M. Ed., brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her practice. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Development and Strategies and boasts over 20 years of experience working with students, parents, educators, and agencies. Her extensive background includes 12 years as a secondary English teacher, teacher mentor, and instructional coach. Shawley spent more than six years of her career as a school-based mental health counselor and over four years as the Director of School-Based Services for a local counseling agency where she assisted students across three counties. Shawley is also a seasoned writer on parenting, education, and mental health topics.
Shawley is a mandated reporter with all clearances and has the distinction of being certified in trauma-informed practices.
