False Alarms/Dialing Devices

WAYNE TOWNSHIP – PSP Lamar responded to an active burglar alarm at Geisinger Convenient Care located at 560 McElhattan Drive on February 21, 2024, at 8:33 a.m. According to police reports, this is the 10th false alarm PSP Lamar has received in 12 months. Charges have been filed through District Court 25-3-01.

Harassment w/Physical Contact

FLEMINGTON – According to police reports, an incident of harassment between a 32-year-old female and a 34-year-old male from Lock Haven took place on Frederick Street in Flemington on December 31, 2024. No further information has been provided.

GREENE TOWNSHIP – PSP Lamar responded to an inactive domestic disturbance where parties were separated on December 27, 2024. While police conducted interviews they found that a male identified as Pawel Binczak put his finger into the mouth of the female victim involved in the incident. Due to the victim being a North Carolina resident, she refused to cooperate with a summary harassment citation.

Fleeing and Eluding in Vehicle

LAMAR – On December 27, 2023, police attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a white Mercedes-Benz A220 with PA registration for multiple vehicle code violations while traveling on 1-80 West. The vehicle came to a temporary stop off the north shoulder before fleeing at a high rate of speed on I-80. The pursuit of the vehicle lasted for approximately 16 miles, due to heavy traffic, police lost sight of the vehicle. Radio traffic indicated that Rockview PSP saw the vehicle traveling south on I-99. The pursuit was terminated after PSP Rockview lost sight of the suspect vehicle while still traveling at a high rate of speed. This investigation is ongoing.

Hit and Run

GREENE TOWNSHIP – A hit and run took place on I-80 East at mile marker 185 on December 27, 2024, when a vehicle negotiated a lane change from the right lane to the left passing lane. The driver did not see another vehicle that was already in the left lane and proceeded to sideswipe it. The driver continued eastbound and did not stop to exchange information or call police.

Incidents:

Forgery – Between January 11, 2024, and February 14, 2024, checks were stolen from the mail and altered. One of the checks was cancelled in time but the other check went through.

Criminal Mischief – Between February 11, 2024, and February 12, 2024, at 10:45 am, a vehicle parked in the 600 block of E. Main Street had two tires damaged.

Criminal Mischief – Between February 10, 2024, at 1:00 a.m. and February 13, 2024, at approximately 3:00 p.m. a vehicle in the Murray Motor’s parking lot was damaged.

Burglary – Between February 10, 2024, at approximately 10:00 p.m. and February 14, 2024, at approximately 3:30 p.m., someone entered a shed in the 600 block of E. Main St and stole a Honda XR100 dirt bike.

Offenses Charged:

An 11-year-old female and a 13-year-old female were cited for Harassment. On February 3, 2024, the two juveniles engaged in a fight in the 600 block of E. Bald Eagle Street.

Kylea Culver, 32, Lock Haven, was cited with Harassment. On February 3, 2024, Culver grabbed a 13-year-old female and pulled her out of an apartment in the 600 block of E. Bald Eagle St.
