CM Boys Dominate Panthers
MILTON-The Central Mountain boys swim team dominated Milton on Friday night 101-32 and improved their record to 6-2.
Individual winners for the Wildcats were Neil Kaluzny in the 200 Free, Cory Matejovich in the 200, Owen Wunder in the 50 Free & 100 Fly, and Jonathan Hughes in the 500 Free & 100 Backstroke.
Five Central Mountain swimmers swam personal best times on Friday evening. They were Neil Kaluzny in the 100 Free in 57.88, Cory Matejovich in the 100 Free in 59.82, Raiden Newcomer in the 200 Free in 2:17.32, Kylan Cole 1:28.78 in the 100 Backstroke, and Jonathan Hughes with a 5:23.91 in the 500 Free. All 3 of the relays were won by the Wildcats.
The 200 Medley Relay team of Owen Wunder, Bryce Warren, Cory Matejovich, and Kylan Cole took home the victory for the Wildcats in 2:09.30. In the 200 Free Relay, Hughes, Kaluzny, Bryce Warren, and Newcomer finished first in 1:44.13. The final relay of the night was the 400 Free Relay which was won by Hughes, Kaluzny, Rhys Swift, & Newcomer in 4:01.21.
The Wildcats are on the road again on Wednesday. They will head to Altoona where they will take on Altoona and Marion Center at 5:00.
