Friends of Ross Library present the Polar Express

LOCK HAVEN, PA – On December 16,  the Friends of Ross Library sponsored a Polar Express event for children. The event was coordinated with Holly Eisaman, Youth Service Coordinator of Ross Library. Mrs. Eisaman read the beloved tale “Polar Express” then the children did a craft, and saw the video “Frosty’s Winter Wonderland.”

The Friends had hot chocolate and cookies for the children and as a special treat, if they presented their golden ticket, they could sit on Thomas the train. Conductor Terry Banfill brought Thomas to the library for this special event.
