GREENWOOD, IND – Evie Jane Rembold (Lock Haven, Pa./Central Mountain) of the Lock Haven women’s volleyball team earned College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District, the organization announced on Tuesday (Dec. 12).

The 2023 Academic All-District® Men’s and Women’s Volleyball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

To be eligible, a student-athlete must have a 3.50 cumulative GPA and be a starter or significant reserve – playing in at least 90 percent or starting in at least 66 percent of the team’s contests.

Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced December 19 (men) and December 20 (women). The CSC Academic All-District® teams include the student-athletes listed at the links above.

In the classroom, the junior has accumulated a 3.91 GPA as a Pre-Physical Therapy/Exercise Science major.
