LOCK HAVEN, PA – The Lock Haven Branch YMCA Gymnastics Team is kicking off its season with their annual Showcase on Friday, Nov. 17.

Gymnasts will walk out and introduce themselves starting at 5:15 p.m. Immediately following the walk out there will be performers doing vault, bars will follow, with an alternating beam and floor routines to finish off the show. Gymnasts from A, B and C Teams will be performing.

Head coach Becky Conklin said, “We welcome all the public to come out and show support for these athletes who have been working hard to build up to this season. Admission is free.”

The Lynx season starts the following day with an Invitational at Garver Memorial. The first home meet is Saturday, Dec. 2 at 9:30 a.m. vs Blair Regional Aerials. Admission is $5adults and $3 for students. There will be concessions. For more information email beckyc@rvrymca.org.
