LH Women’s Soccer drops PSAC East match at No. 7 Kutztown
KUTZTOWN, PA – The Lock Haven women’s soccer team (1-8-1, 1-7-1 PSAC East) was downed by No. 7 Kutztown (8-0-3, 7-0-2 PSAC East), 2-0, Saturday (Oct. 7) in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division action.
The Golden Bears scored less than three minutes into the match and added a second-half strike to stay undefeated on the season.
Lock Haven goalkeeper Megan Miller (Wexford, Pa./North Allegheny) kept the Bald Eagles in the match with five saves.
Sydney Stahl (Pittsburgh/Keystone Oaks) and Leana Cuzzocrea (Mars, Pa./Mars) look to spark the attack as each fired off a shot on goal during the match, but Kutztown goalkeeper Cassandra Baker finished with two saves.

Lock Haven will return to action on Wednesday, Oct. 11 at 7 p.m. when the Bald Eagles host Mansfield in PSAC East play.
