SV volleyballers edge Lourdes

LOGANTON, PA – The Sugar Valley volleyball team took a Monday night nail-biter from visiting Lourdes Regional.

The Phoenix picked up the win in five sets (11-25, 25-22, 23-25, 27-25, 16-14), storming back from a 12-20 deficit in the fourth set and edging out the final set by a score of 16-14. The girls are back in action Tuesday against Shamokin.

The JV Phoenix were also in action, winning their fifth straight match and will also look to continue their winning ways against Shamokin.
