Proud Jersey Shore alumnus gives back to school, community ahead of Monday night’s game

LOCK HAVEN, PA – With major crowds expected throughout the Jersey Shore area this evening, one proud and local alumnus business owner is giving back to his hometown in a big way.

“I’m a proud alumnus of Jersey Shore and I love my hometown and thought this was a way I can give back to my hometown community in light of the loss of one of our own,” said Randy Reese, owner of Reese’s Print Shop in Lock Haven.

The workhorse digital color printer Randy uses has been churning out more than 3,000 letter-sized (8.5” x 11”) “#4 Max Engle” signs to be handed out to the 2,600 or so fans in the stands at Monday night’s rescheduled game against Shikellamy, and additional to be given to local restaurants and “game streaming spots” around the town.

“I knew I had to do something for my hometown, and figured this is the least I could do to help honor Max Engle’s legacy and his family,” Randy said.

The game, which starts tonight at 7:05 PM, is expected to quickly fill the 2,600-person capacity stadium and any available overflow areas and streaming spots around the town.
