Loss over $4,000 in Greene Township service station burglary

CARROLL, PA – The loss amounted to more than $4,000 in a recent overnight burglary at a Valero service station off the Jersey Shore exit of Interstate 80 in Greene Township, Clinton County.

Lamar state police say the entry occurred over a 20-minute span around midnight on July 25.

The take included $2,070 in money, a Verifore cash drawer valued at $500 and a Bulldog safe valued at $250. Police said there was $200 damage to a cabinet and $1,500 damage to the store’s glass entry door.
