Cause remains undetermined in June Dunnstable Township fatal fire

DUNNSTABLE TOWNSHIP, PA – State police say they have been unable to determine the origin and cause of a June trailer fire which took the life of its occupant.

Investigating officer Nathan Birth on Thursday released the report on the June 10 fire which took the life of Gregory Martin, age 69, occupant of the residence at 10 Tobacco Shed Road off Route 150 in Dunnstable Township. The officer’s report said, “due to the damage sustained by the structure the origin and cause remains undetermined.”

The report said toxicology results confirmed the victim succumbed to high levels of carbon monoxide, the result of the fire.
