Keystone Juniors fall to South Williamsport, 9-7

HUGHESVILLE, PA – The Keystone Junior Little League team saw its season end in an elimination game loss Monday evening, South Williamsport coming out on top by a 9-7 score.

The game was back-and-forth, Keystone taking a 7-5 lead into the bottom of the fourth. But South plated four runs to take its 9-7 lead and that’s how the game ended up.

South was helped as five Keystone pitchers, giving up just four hits, issued 13 walks.

Hayes Donley led Keystone at the plate with a single, double and two RBIs. Luke Nonemaker had a single and two RBIs, Kai Fravel, Kyle Everett and Brody Swanger all with singles, Everett with an RBI.
