Dunnstable Township man victim in Saturday night fire

DUNNSTABLE TOWNSHIP, PA – A Saturday night fire in a trailer off Tobacco Shed Road took the life of its occupant. Clinton County Coroner Zach Hanna identified the victim as Gregory Martin, 69. The coroner ruled his death accidental due to the fire at his Dunnstable Township residence.

Firemen responded to an 8 p.m. alarm at the trailer at 10 Tobacco Shed Road. Woolrich Fire Chief Brandon Coleman said it took volunteers an hour to extinguish the blaze which gutted the structure.

A state police fire marshal and Pine Creek Township police are investigating for a cause. The victim was found inside his residence after the fire was extinguished. Chief Coleman said there were no injuries to responders who came from companies from across the Jersey Shore/Lock Haven area.
