McALISTERVILLE, PA – The Sugar Valley Phoenix volleyball team, a new program, has done it again.

The Loganton-based team followed up its first win over Our Lady of Lourdes on Monday with a 3-1 win at East Juniata on Wednesday. The victories put the Phoenix at 2-3 on the year, its next contest at South Williamsport on Tuesday, Oct. 13.

What makes the team’s performance even more outstanding: all its contests are on the road this season.
