Mill Hall Sheetz remodel on track for March 2026
By Christopher Miller
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – Originally reported at the Bald Eagle Township Supervisors Meeting in June, gas and convenience store Sheetz was considering a complete remodel of their Mill Hall location.
“They want to take their site, remove the building, and rebuild it completely to their latest and greatest design and interior footprint,” Supervisor Steve Tasselli said at that time.
In July, it was confirmed that Sheetz will be moving forward with the new building and intend on a 5-to-6-month turnaround.
“They are not looking at putting in a drive-thru, but adding an additional air pump and gas pump along with a total demolition and rebuild of the Mill Hall location,” Tasselli said.
The project is slated to begin in March 2026 and last for approximately five or six months.
The project is currently with the county engineer pending review of the plans.
Sheetz has been an anchor store and gas station of Hogan Boulevard for at least the last 20 years.
In other news, it was announced that long-time township tax collector Kimberly Phillips resigned due to the township utilizing Berkheimer Digital Tax Solutions for collection in 2026.
There will be no tax increase for Bald Eagle Township residents in 2026.
