Weather Advisory until 11 a.m. Tuesday; KCSD Closed


STATE COLLEGE – The National Weather Service has a winter weather advisory in effect until 11 a.m. Tuesday, with sleet, freezing rain and wet snow are possible.

The weather has caused the Keystone Central School District to close for the day Tuesday, all school-related activities called off. Sugar Valley Rural Charter School is also closed.
