Two New Head Coaches at Central Mountain

cm-basketballcm-wrestlingBALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP — Today was the first legal day for practice for Pennsylvania high schools and the first day at Central Mountain saw two new head coaches conduct their first practices.

Biff Walizer is the new head wrestling coach at Central Mountain; he replaces Doug Buckwalter who retired after last season. Walizer was Buckwalter’s first assistant a year ago and has previous head coaching experience at Red Lion High School in District 3. He also had been an assistant at Millersville University before returning to Clinton County a year ago.

Terrance Green is the new Lady Wildcat basketball coach. Junior varsity coach a year ago, Green has six years experience with the Central Mountain girls’ program. He also is track and cross country coach for Central Mountain.

First official competition date for Central Mountain and Bucktail High Schools is Friday, Dec. 4.
