- Renovo Police Department News:
Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Trespassing
The Renovo Police Department has charged Joan Rotegliano, 67, of Renovo, with two counts of harassment, as well as disorderly conduct and criminal (defiant) trespass, stemming from multiple incidents that took place between November 20 and December 13, 2025, on 10th Street in Renovo Borough.
According to police, Rotegliano repeatedly called and left messages for the victim, went to the victim’s home where she banged on the door and shouted after being told not to, and was heard yelling outside “at all hours of the day and night”. Rotegliano will be sent a summons to appear at the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas.

Package Theft – Community Assistance Needed
The Lock Haven City Police Department has been diligently probing a string of package thefts in the area. Thanks to the cooperation of a victim, law enforcement officials were able to track down a suspect, later identified as the Grinch, who had stolen goods in their possession at the time of apprehension. We are currently seeking an individual who was expecting a package containing a wireless keyboard, which was reportedly delivered around December 18, 2025.
