Police Blotter December 18, 2025: PA State Police (PSP) Lamar Barracks:

Harassment w/Physical Contact
CHAPMAN TOWNSHIP— On December 14, 2025, at 12:08 a.m., a minor altercation took place inside a residence on Park Avenue between a father and son, both from North Bend. One non-traffic citation for Harassment was filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-03 as a result of the incident.

Motor Vehicle Accident
GREENE TOWNSHIP— On December 13, 2025, a crash occurred on I-80 East at mile marker 191.5. Logan Alderson, 24, of Kulpmont, PA, was traveling east when he lost control of his vehicle due to excessive speed on snow-covered roads. The Volkswagen Rabbit that Alderson was driving left the south side of the roadway, struck an embankment, and overturned onto its roof. Occupants of the vehicle reported possible minor injuries, and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

Commercial Burglary
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On December 12, 2025, at approximately 5:30 a.m., PSP Lamar responded to a reported burglary at Rey Azteca on Hogan Boulevard. The investigation determined that an unidentified suspect entered the restaurant through a side door on the east side of the building by prying it open with a suspected crowbar-type tool.

Once inside, the suspect took $2,000 from bank envelopes stored on a shelf at the host stand in the main lobby. Surveillance footage captured the suspect stuffing the envelopes down the front of his pants. The suspect was also seen using the prying tool to open the cash drawer, from which he took $280. In the process, the suspect caused $195 worth of damage to the cash register, rendering it inoperable.

The suspect exited the building and left the area in an unknown direction. Video surveillance showed the suspect was wearing jeans, a collared coat with a hooded sweatshirt underneath, a baseball cap, prescription glasses, and gloves. His face was obscured by a cloth, and the hood was pulled tight and tied off, preventing identification. The color of the clothing was not discernible in the video.

Theft
LOGAN TOWNSHIP— On December 12, 2025, at 5:51 p.m., PSP Lamar responded to a report of theft on Old Hill Road. The investigation revealed that a chainsaw valued at $1,269 was stolen from the victim sometime between December 3 and December 11, 2025. The investigation is ongoing.

DUI Crash
PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP— On December 10, 2025, at approximately 11:26 p.m., PSP Lamar responded to a motor vehicle crash in the 2200 block of Island Road. During the investigation, it was determined that the driver, Padraic Delaney, 25, of Lock Haven, was allegedly under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Motor Vehicle Accident
GREENE TOWNSHIP— On December 10, 2025, a crash occurred when Roger Almonte, 38, of Jersey City, NJ, entered the eastbound ramp of I-80. Almonte lost control of his vehicle, which veered off the right side of the road and struck a guide rail. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.

Warrant w/Arrest
LAMAR TOWNSHIP— On December 8, 2025, at 12:57 p.m., Trooper Hall of PSP Lamar conducted a traffic stop on a yellow 2010 Chevrolet after observing traffic violations. The driver, a 57-year-old male from Tulsa, Oklahoma, was found to have a full extradition warrant issued by the state of Oklahoma. Charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-02, and the driver is being held pending extradition.

Terroristic Threats
SOUTH RENOVO BOROUGH— On November 26, 2025, at 10:49 p.m., PSP Lamar investigated a report of Terroristic Threats on Huron Avenue, according to their report. This investigation is ongoing.

Motor Vehicle Accident
BEECH CREEK BOROUGH— On November 25, 2025, a crash occurred on SR-150 Northbound near the intersection with Grahams Lane. Stephen Miles, 31, of Big Run, PA, was traveling north when he became distracted while drinking coffee and veered to the right, striking the end cap of a guide rail. His vehicle then rolled onto its driver’s side and came to a final stop. Miles, who was wearing a seat belt, sustained minor injuries in the crash.

Retail Theft/Shoplifting
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On November 22, 2025, at 11:46 a.m., a PSP Lamar Trooper was dispatched to the Walmart in Mill Hall for a report of retail theft. Upon arrival, the Trooper determined that Dasie Bilbay, 41, of Julian, PA, had stolen items totaling over $580.00 from the store on two separate occasions. Charges of retail theft have been filed against Bilbay through Magisterial District Court 25-3-02.

Harassment w/Physical Contact
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On November 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., an incident occurred between two students on the bus while on Keystone Central Drive. Charges are pending, according to the incident report.

Sexual Assault
CASTANEA TOWNSHIP— PSP Lamar is investigating an incident involving sexual assault that occurred on Nittany Road sometime between August 1 and August 31, 2022. No further information was provided in their report.
