PSP Provides Update on Fatal Crash

Castanea Township; Clinton County, PA – At approximately 6:26 pm on Wednesday, April
9th, PSP Lamar Units were dispatched to a wrong way driver that was traveling South in the
Northbound lanes of US 220. Minutes later PSP Lamar was advised of a two-vehicle crash with
entrapment on US 220N near mile marker 110.3 with the closest exit being Lock Haven.

Unit 1 was identified as a green Chevrolet Malibu being operated by Dwight MEYER, W/N-M 29
YOA, of Lock Haven, PA. Unit 2 was identified as a gray Mazda CX-5 operated by Amanda
GEISEWITE, W/N- F 28 YOA of Loganton, PA and having a front seat passenger, Evan
GEISEWITE, W/N-M 29 YOA of Loganton, PA.

It was determined that Unit 1 was traveling South in the Northbound lanes. Unit 2 was traveling
North in the Northbound lanes. All parties were extracted by mechanical means. MEYER was
transported for suspected serious injuries. E. GEISEWITE was transported and later
pronounced deceased. A. GEISEWITE was transported via life flight for suspected serious
injuries.
