Three Central Mountain Players Recognized on 2025 PHAC Basketball Coaches All-Stars List
The PHAC Basketball Coaches All-Stars list for the 2025 season has been released, and three Central Mountain Wildcats earned well-deserved recognition for their standout performances this year. Hunter Hoy, Noah Wells, and Blake Walker represented Central Mountain among the best in the conference, solidifying their impact on the Wildcats’ successful campaign.
Senior Hunter Hoy capped off a stellar season with a First Team All-Star selection in PHAC Division I. The standout guard led Central Mountain with his all-around play, contributing on both ends of the court with his scoring ability, court vision, and defensive intensity. Hoy’s efforts also earned him a spot on the PHAC Defensive Team, showcasing his ability to lock down opponents and force turnovers.
Joining Hoy on the PHAC Division I Second Team was Noah Wells. The junior forward had a breakout season, providing key scoring and rebounding for the Wildcats. Wells consistently stepped up in crucial moments, helping Central Mountain compete against some of the league’s toughest teams. His ability to stretch the floor and play physical inside made him a vital piece of the Wildcats’ rotation.
Blake Walker earned a spot on the PHAC Defensive Team, highlighting his ability to make an impact on the game without needing to score. The Wildcats relied on Walker’s defensive versatility, as he often took on the challenge of guarding the opposing team’s best player. His tenacity on the boards and ability to disrupt passing lanes made him one of the top defenders in the league.
