Lock Haven YMCA Gymnasts Compete for Central Mountain at PA Classic

Lock Haven YMCA gymnasts Evelyn Nestor and Harper Conklin competed for Central Mountain High School Saturday at the PA Classic held at Huntingdon High School. Both gymnasts competed in the Silver Division with 56 other high school competitors and medals given to the top twelve. Harper earned a medal by finishing 11th at vault with an 8.667. She also scored 7.725 on bars, 7.25 on beam, and 8.525 on floor. Evelyn scored 8.083 on vault, 7.5 on beam, and 8.25 on floor. Considering the level of competition which is comprised of gymnasts from high schools across the state, both gymnasts had a solid showing and a strong finish to their 2024-25 season.
