Holiday season in full swing downtown

Bring the kids to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Claus in the newly renovated Santa Hut located in Triangle Park in Downtown Lock Haven.

The 2024 Haven Holidays Parade will be Saturday, November 30, 2024 beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Main Street. Head downtown in the morning to Tour the Gingerbread Village and shop all the steals and deals going on. Later at 6:00 p.m. the magic begins with the Haven Holidays parade. From 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Santa and his reindeer will be in Sarah’s Alley so make sure to stay to get your photo taken!
Downtown Window Decorating
The theme for this year’s window decorating is, “Gingerbread Village.” Have fun with your displays and if you have any questions, reach out to our Downtown Lock Haven manager. All window displays need to be completed by Saturday November 30, 2024.

Where: East Main Street, Downtown Lock Haven

Drop at the Y and Shop Small
Time: During business hours
Where: Downtown Lock Haven Business District
Drop the kids off at the Lock Haven Area Branch YMCA for the Jingle, Jingle, Play and Mingle from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. They will have holiday games, crafts, climbing wall fun and a snack provided. Let them play while you shop small downtown. Call 570-748-6727 for registration details. Limited spots available.
Drop at The Roxy and Shop Small
Time: During business hours
Where: Downtown Lock Haven Business District
Drop the kids off at The Roxy Theater for some holiday fun while you do some holiday shopping downtown! Kids will make their own chex mix, get an ornament, and watch a holiday movie. Registration begins that day at 9:00 a.m. and the movie starts at 10:00 a.m. Got questions? Call The Roxy at 570-748-7699. Shoppers can also enjoy a caroling performance at 11:00 a.m. outside of St. Paul’s next to E. Main Street Parking Lot. Limited spots available.
