“Off to the races” Clinton County voters out well before 7 a.m.
DUNNSTOWN – Woodward Township residents were lined up to vote well before the doors opened at 7 a.m. Tuesday morning.
“The polling place was very well organized and the line kept moving at a decent pace despite being number 52 to vote, arriving a few minutes after 7 a.m.,” a Woodward Township resident said.
Parking outside the Dunnstown Fire Hall was also full with many people opting to park sideways behind other vehicles and essentially “making their own parking spots.”
The polls are expected to be crowded throughout the day with busiest times being voter the lunch hour and after 5 p.m. tonight.
Throughout the state, the polls are open until 8 p.m. By law, if you are standing in line by 8 p.m. you will be permitted to vote.
