Central Mountain Boys Cross Country Celebrates Seniors

LOCK HAVEN-The Central Mountain boys cross country team recognized their seniors prior to Tuesday’s quad meet.  Seniors Cory Matejovich, Cody Etters, and Sam Wible raced one final time at LHU’s XC Course.  The Wildcats defeated Mifflinburg 15-50, Southern Columbia 15-50, but fell to a tough Hughesville team 33-25.  Damien Winner and Sam Wible finished 1st and 2nd respectively.  Senior Cory Matejovich and  sophomore’s Gabe Houser and Brayden Bird all set new PR’s for the Wildcats.  The team is now 12-3.  The Wildcats will compete in their final meet of the season at Williamsport next Tuesday, October 8th.
