Theft/Unlawful Taking

The Renovo Police Department currently holds an active felony arrest warrant for 28-year-old Shane M. Cross. Cross has no permanent address and has multiple other warrants for his arrest as well.

On July 5, 2024, Cross is alleged to have stolen two vehicles from a residence at 9325 Renovo Road, North Bend, in Chapman Township, Clinton County. The vehicles are:      

1) 2003 blue Chevrolet Suburban with PA registration LTB-2163    

2)  2009 red Chevrolet Impala with PA registration LXW-5143

Both vehicles were taken within hours of each other and are still missing. If anyone has information on the whereabouts of Cross or the vehicles, please contact the Renovo Police Department by calling 570-923-2102 or our dispatcher at 570-923-2268. False ID To Law Enforcement/Possession of a Controlled Substance/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 

The Renovo Police Department currently holds a second active arrest warrant for 28-year-old Shane M. Cross. Cross has no permanent address and has multiple other warrants for his arrest as well. On July 4, 2024, at 10:23 p.m., Cross called 911 to report a home invasion in progress at a residence located at 9315 Renovo Rd North Bend, PA 17760. Through police investigation, which involved multiple officers, it was determined that Cross was allegedly under the influence of illegal drugs, and the incident had not occurred. 

Cross provided police with a false name and date of birth. He was also found to have suspected crack cocaine and suspected heroin with him, as well as a smoking apparatus for use with drugs.   • Mill Hall Borough Police Department News Release: 

PFA Violation

On July 9, 2024, Anthony Magazu was arrested for violating an active Protection from Abuse. Magazu contacted the protected person via phone when he was ordered by the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas not to do so. The investigation revealed that Magazu had active warrants in Centre and Clearfield Counties and was hiding out in the Bellefonte area. Centre County Deputies took him into custody and placed him in the Centre County Jail, where he awaits processing and extradition to Clinton County.
