HELP for Pets is a non-profit organization to provide interest-free loans to Clinton County pet owners who have exhausted all other financial means to allow for urgent treatment of their pets, thus alleviating unnecessary euthanasia. They also offer the Chessie Spay/Neuter Fund that works much like the medical care program offering loans for timely spay/neuter of pets to HELP stop pet overpopulation in Clinton County.
To date we have HELPed 188 pets with loans in excess of $100,000. We reached that milestone with the HELP of our many members and generous donors.
HELP for Pets is run by volunteers and is a non-profit 501c3. To make a donation by mail, please send a check made out to “HELP for Pets”, PO Box 541, Lock Haven, PA 17745.
