CITY OF LOCK HAVEN POLICE RELEASE

Incidents:

Crash – On January 19, 2024, at 4:57am, there was a two-vehicle crash at E. Walnut St and Liberty St. Unit 1 slid into the back of Unit 2 at the stop sign. Both vehicles were driven from the scene and the driver of Unit 1 was cited.

Theft – On January 20, 2024, at approximately 7:30pm, am 8-foot ladder was stolen from a carport of a residence in the 600 block of E. Church St.

Offenses Charged:

Destiny Merrill, 28, Lock Haven, was cited with Disorderly Conduct. On October 27, 2023, at 7:25am, Merrill engaged in a fight with Morgan Workman outside of Robb Elementary School.

Mogan Workman, 26, Lock Haven, was with Disorderly Conduct. On October 27, 2023, at 7:25am, Workman engaged in a fight with Destiny Merrill outside of Robb Elementary School.

Wallace Nyman, 61, Beech Creek, was arrested for Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Disorderly Conduct. On December 10, 2023, at 11:05am, Nyman was in a verbal altercation with Tanner Bilbay, placed himself on the hood of Bilbay’s vehicle which caused Bilbay to attempt to flee the area by placing his vehicle in reverse down S. Highland St.

Tanner Bilbay, 19, Lock Haven, was arrested for Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Disorderly Conduct. On December 10, 2023, at 11:05am, Tanner Bilbay was in a verbal altercation with Wallace Nyman. Nyman placed himself on the hood of Bilbay’s vehicle which caused Bilbay to attempt to flee the area by placing his vehicle in reverse down S. Highland St.

Nikki Stahl, 45, Lock Haven, was arrested for Criminal Trespassing. On January 16, 2024, at approximately 2:35pm, Stahl was found at 360 E. Walnut St, The Lucky 7 Travel Plaza, after being trespassed from the business.

Michael Dye, 34, Lock Haven, was cited with Harassment and Disorderly Conduct. On January 18, 2024, at approximately 6:10pm, Dye hit the victim with the back of his hand outside of 950 Bellefonte Ave, Bright Laundry.

Brooke Shade, 31, Lock Haven, was cited with Confinement and Housing of Dogs. Shade allowed her dog outside of her residence in the 700 block of Woods Ave, without a leash and the dog went onto the neighbor’s property.

Avery Drake, 26, State College, was cited with Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct. On January 21, 2024, at approximately 2:30am, Drake got into a physical fight in the middle of N. Fairview St while intoxicated.
