Obituary – Janice L. Peese
Janice L. Peese, 74, of Lock Haven passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at the Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living facility. She was born in Bellefonte, Centre County on April 25, 1949 to James and Lois Young Coleman.
Janice delivered the Lock Haven Express for a number of years. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and a member of the Legion.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Peese who passed away in February 2023.
Survivors include a son, Michael Dick, two daughters: Theresa (Thomas) Mincer and Amy Addlesee, a brother, Larry Coleman two sisters Pamela Pletz and Sharon Peck, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a new granddaughter to arrive soon.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Barry, Ronnie and James Coleman, a sister Darleen Coleman.
A graveside memorial service for Janice L. Peese will be held Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 1:00 pm in the Dunnstown Cemetery. Officiating will be Pastor Matthew Kinley of the Lock Haven First Church of Christ.
