Limitless Mobile Launches Home Internet Service in Renovo

limitless-mobileHARRISBURG – Limitless Mobile will begin offering its new home internet service to more than 50,000 residents in Clinton and Lycoming counties starting March 21, 2016.

The company will be bringing its mobile sales force to local communities this month. Residents in the Renovo area are invited to attend a pre-sale event at the Limitless Mobile booth at the Renovo Rotary Craft Show on Saturday, March 19 at the Renovo Fire Department, 230 11th Street, from 10am – 2pm.

“Renovo residents are getting the first opportunity to sign up for our new service,”
said Bill Baldwin, senior vice president at Limitless Mobile. “We’re excited for them to
see that our fixed wireless internet will bring reliable, affordable service to much of
Clinton County and other areas previously underserved by other providers. Our
internet customers will enjoy fast speed, great service, and local customer support.”
Fixed wireless internet service works through signal transmission from a tower to a
customer’s router. The router is “fixed,” meaning it is plugged into an electrical outlet
and situated in one location within the home. This router then transmits a wireless
signal to devices in the home, allowing connection to the internet.

The company’s initial rollout of internet service will include Renovo, Beech Creek,
North Bend, Flemington, Lock Haven, Mill Hall, Avis, Jersey Shore, Williamsport,
Muncy, and Hughesville.

In the coming months, internet service will be available in areas of Berks, Centre,
Schuylkill, Snyder, Northumberland, Montour, and Union counties. As central
Pennsylvania’s hometown wireless services provider, Limitless is committed to
connecting and investing in our communities. The new internet service is part of
Limitless Mobile’s commitment to bring state-of-the-art internet and phone service to
the region. Limitless Mobile’s new $40 million state-of-the-art 3G/4G LTE network
proves the company’s commitment to increasing access to affordable, reliable, highquality
mobile phone and home internet services.

“Internet access should be available to everyone, not just those in large cities,” said
Atte Miettinen, Limitless Mobile Group’s chief executive officer. “Having internet
access is a quality-of-life issue, a public safety issue and an open door for education,
job and social opportunities. Our goal is to spur change, growth and efficiency in
central Pennsylvania.”

Limitless Mobile will sell routers and internet plans at its four stores in the Lycoming
Mall, Susquehanna Valley Mall, Lewisburg location, and Berkshire Mall, but will also
set up a mobile sales team at:
• Renovo Rotary Craft Show on March 19 (pre-sale event)
• Backyard Broadcasting’s First Cookout in Williamsport on March 22
• Additional community events

The company is looking for additional community events to add to its calendar.
