Obituary – Kenneth R. Lovette
Kenneth R. Lovette, 79, of Lock Haven passed away Monday, September 18, 2023 at his home.
Born February 4, 1944, he was a son of the late Richard L. Lovette and Dorothy E. Hall.
After graduating high school, he served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War until being Honorably Discharged in 1967.
Ken then worked at the Navy Depot, Mechanicsburg, Roadway Trucking and finally Renovo Service Garage.
He was a member of both the American Legion and V.F.W.
Ken loved to read his Bible. He also enjoyed playing Solitaire, watching sports on television and spending time with family at cookouts.
Surviving is his son, Joseph (Shenandoah) Lovette of Lock Haven; siblings: Ellen Helstrom of Mechanicsburg, Michael (Patricia) Lovette of South Carolina, Charles Hall of Enola, Meri Jo (Jerry) Hall of Marysville and Shawn (April) Hall of Lock Haven; and many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard S. Lovette.
A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 2 PM at Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.
Memorial contributions in Ken’s name may be made to Clinton County Veterans Affairs through the funeral home.
