Sugar Valley seasons in full swing

MACKEYVILLE, PA – The Sugar Valleyi golf team dropped its contest by a score of 182-229 against a solid Milton team on Tuesday at Belles Springs Golf Course. The Phoenix will be back in action Thursday in an 18 hole non-contest match against multiple Northern Tier League schools at Eagles Mere Country Club.

Sugar Valley volleyball was edged out by East Juniata by a score of 3-1 (24-26, 20-25, 25-19, 26-24). The squad went the distance in two matches in a very competitive and back and forth matchup. The volleyball girls continue their homestand with a matchup against Midd-West Wednesday and Friday against St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy. Both games begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Sugar Valley Gymnasium.
