Phoenix golfers finish third at MPAC event

MACKEYVILLE, PA – There was a 4-team Mid Penn Athletic Conference 9-hole contest at Belles Springs Golf Course on Tuesday and Sugar Valley finished in third place.

Stu Meixel led the Phoenix with a 50, followed by Sam Goldsmith, 54; Bryer Martin, 56; and Ben Parker, 66. Other SV scores were Josh Miller-Mitchell, 68, and Remi Ripka, 74.
