Wildcat baseball/softball draw top seeds in upcoming district playoffs

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP, PA – PIAA District 6 baseball and softball pairings were announced on Tuesday and both Central Mountain squads are top-seeded as they prepare to defend their District 6 Class 5A titles next week.The 18-1 Wildcat baseball team will be first in action, meeting number two seed Hollidaysburg (8-10) at Bald Eagle Area High School in Wingate on Monday, May 22, game time 4 p.m.

The Lady Wildcats (13-3) will look to defend their title on Wednesday, May 24. The opponent will be Hollidaysburg (12-6). That contest will start at 2:30 p.m. and be played at St. Francis of Loretto in Blair County.
