Monday registration deadline for May primary
LOCK HAVEN, PA – Clinton County’s May 16 election is 18 days away and non-registered county residents have through this coming Monday to register to vote in the Republican or Democratic primary.
Director of voting Maria Boileau has released the county registration totals through April 28 and they show a continued healthy registration edge for the GOP.

Important primary dates, as provided by the county voter registration office:
May 1, 2023 – Last Day to Register, change address or change party affiliation before the Election.
May 9, 2023 – Last Day before the election on which official applications for mail-in or absentee ballots may be received by county boards of election due at 5 PM.
May 16, 2023 – Election Day. Polls are open 7 am to 8 pm. All mail-in and absentee ballots must be received by the county board of elections not later than 8 PM on this day to be counted.
