CM’s Hanna and Pardoe: a Bald Eagle and a Warrior
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP, PA – Central Mountain’s two all-star basketball players have made their college hoop decisions: Four-year starter Jack Hanna will attend Lock Haven University while the late-blossoming Hayden Pardoe will attend Lycoming College.
The two senior standouts made their announcements over the past weekend. Hanna was a multiple year Pennsylvania Heartland Conference all-star and Central Mountain’s most recent 1,000-point scorer while Pardoe was a two-year starter for a Wildcats; both were 2022-23 first team PHAC selections, Pardoe named the MVP.
The Central Mountain team finished with a school record 24-3 mark which included PHAC regular and post-season titles and the District 6-4 title for the second year in a row.
Both took to social media to announce their college choices:
Hanna posted: “Super blessed and thankful to announce I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at Lock Haven University!!! The biggest thank you to all the great people in my life who got me to this point. 110% committed!!”
Pardoe posted: “Extremely grateful and proud to announce that I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at Lycoming College! I’m thankful for everyone in my life that has impacted me to become the person I am today to achieve this dream!”
