To The Residents of Western Clinton County:
The Nominating Committee of the Bucktail Medical Center is accepting names of corporate members to be placed on the ballot for election to the Board of Directors at the Annual Corporate Meeting on Monday, April 3, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. at the Bucktail Medical Center.

Elections for three (3); three (3)-year term seats will be held, plus consideration of Bylaw changes and other business as might properly come before the Corporate body. (Bylaw change submissions will be available for review from the Administration by calling Tina Schoonover for an appointment beginning March 24, 2023.)

Voting begins at 7:00 p.m. Any Regular Corporate members seeking to be nominated for one of the vacant Board seats must be a resident of Renovo and South Renovo Boroughs, East and West Keating Townships, East and West Noyes Townships, Leidy Township, Chapman Township, Grugan Township, and Stewardson Township in Potter County, those holding Life Memberships have no residency requirements, and must send a letter of request for nomination giving the applicants full name, address and telephone number. All letters must be received by Monday, March 27, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. Envelopes must be addressed to Ann Sanford, Chairman, Nominating Committee, c/o Bucktail Medical Center, 1001 Pine Street, South Renovo, Pennsylvania, 17764. All envelopes addressed otherwise will be disregarded. No nominations will be accepted from the floor of the Corporate Meeting.

In order to be eligible to vote, all individuals must be members of the Bucktail Medical Center Corporation “in good standing” – meaning that they have contributed not less than $15.00 (fifteen dollars) dollars for the Corporate year 2023 or $500 (five hundred dollars) for a lifetime membership and hold a current membership card. Donations can be made at the Administration Office by appointment please call Tina Schoonover at 570-531-6176 for an appointment at the Medical Center any workday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

The deadline for accepting donations and issuing a valid Corporate Membership Card making one eligible to vote in the April elections is Monday, March 27, 2023, at the close of the Center’s business day (3:30 p.m.).

Proxies cannot be accepted. The membership card must be shown by the donor on election night in order to receive a ballot.

Please consider giving of yourself to help others by becoming a Corporate member or running for a board seat. Your involvement and patronage of the Bucktail Medical Center is imperative in order to assure the Center’s future.
