Lock Haven Mayor, Rick Vilello presented a banner recognizing the selfless efforts of Donald Gary Mellott a longtime City emergency responder and volunteer. Mellott was one of hundreds of military veterans and local emergency responders honored with banners in the downtown area and along the dike-levee river walk.
