LOCK HAVEN, PA – Luna & Ha Wellness Studio officially opened its doors Wednesday in downtown Lock Haven. The new yoga studio is located at 132 East Main Street, Suite 2, a second-floor space in the Simon Building which houses the shops at Penny Lane.

Owner and Yoga Alliance registered teacher Cate Wenrich hosted community leaders for a ribbon cutting at the studio. She said Luna & Ha is an expansion for her; she opened her first yoga studio, Tula Virya Yoga, last year in Williamsport.

“Yoga is a journey, and that inner-voice said, ‘your journey isn’t done’ – and it led me to Lock Haven,” said Wenrich of her latest venture. “I’m excited to be here and to offer several different types of Yoga, from gentle Yoga, to Barre, Buti Mvmt, and Reiki.”

There will be a gentle yoga class offered this Sunday, Nov. 6, at 1:30 p.m., and a restorative yoga session on Wednesday, Nov. 9, at 7 p.m. A six-week, beginners’ Yoga series will kick off Nov. 13 at the new studio.

Wenrich encourages those interested to watch her Facebook page, Luna & Ha Wellness Studio, for additional offerings. For more information and to register for classes, people can email luna.ha.yoga@gmail.com or call 272-766-8715.
