Central Mountain players earn Heartland Conference All-Star honors

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP, PA – The Pennsylvania Heartland Athletic Conference this week named its basketball all-stars and the Central Mountain boys and girls teams are well represented.

For the second year in a row Wildcat junior Jack Hanna was named to the first team; Hanna learned of the award on Monday and drained the winning foul shots for the District 6 Class 5A title later that night.

Other Wildcat boys honored were junior Hayden Pardoe on the second team, senior Cayde McCloskey on the third team and senior Brett Gerlach on the conference all-defensive team.

On the girls’ side, Lady Wildcat junior Kiahna Jones was accorded second team honors and senior Mia Kopyscianski third team recognition.
